This add-on is designed for collecting feedback from customers. Customers are suggested to rate the service and leave feedback on the mobile app after each purchase, and also send complaints and suggestions. Feedback is displayed only in the admin panel. All information is saved in one place for better understanding of customer problems, as well as track the quality of employees’ work. More information in the UDS Help Center .
- Rating and feedback feature implies five-star company rating and a message that helps to understand how customers treat the company.
- Automatic replies are responses to each rate sent automatically, if there is no time or opportunity to promptly reply to customers.
- Complaints and suggestions are messages from customers about issues they face or suggestions on service improvement.
