This add-on is designed for attracting new customers by motivating loyal and existing ones. Customers recommend companies to their friends and receive points for their purchases. The process including analytics data collection is fully automated. More information in the UDS Help Center .
Scope:
- Recommendation functionality allows your customers to invite friends to your company by sending a link or using a QR code.
- Points for friends' purchases are points credited to customers as per the multilevel referral system for purchases of invited friends and also friends invited by those friends. UDS Help Center contains information on configuring this multilevel system without assistance.
- Referral points are points for recommendations of the company credited to customers after first purchases.
- Level upgrade for recommendations is a customer’s level increase for inviting new customers to the company. This add-on works together with the “Loyalty program” add-on.
